Alicia Smith
Alicia Smith is a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience and a 200-hour certification focused on Vinyasa Flow. Her classes are rooted in mindful movement, alignment, and the deep connection between breath and body. In addition to Vinyasa, Alicia brings a wealth of experience teaching aerial (trapeze), Prenatal, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, offering students a well-rounded and supportive practice. She has continually expanded her knowledge through a variety of workshops over the years, staying inspired and current while holding space for students of all levels. Alicia’s approach is both grounded and accessible, encouraging growth, presence, and balance — on and off the mat.
